National Donut Day Canada 2024. Today, june 7, is national donut day, a consumer holiday for the most ardent and casual confectionary fans alike. There wasn’t a lot for our soldiers to cheer about when they risked life and limb on a daily basis, but national donut day came to pass, in part, due to the efforts of a doctor in the military in the first world war who sought to brighten the day of the wounded soldiers he worked on.
On friday, june 7nd, 2024, the salvation army will honouring frontline workers and essential service providers in communities across ontario for national doughnut day. National donut day would be celebrated next on june 7th, 2024.
